Being a single mother of 2 small children, the opportunity to enter into a degree program in a field that I have a passion for while not having to uproot my family is an amazing experience that the Georgian College/York University collaborative program offers. The faculty are there to help me succeed and they truly care and believe in their students. The nursing field is a very rewarding career where I will be able to make a difference in a person’s life. I look forward to the challenge and I wouldn’t be able to do it without the support of Georgian College.
